Trade Conditions

LadyBalance ApS is responsible for the product, expedition and delivery. The sales department will take care of any customer complaint, info@ladybalance.dk. LadyBalance reserves the right to follow-up on with a customer satisfaction questionnaire.

The prices include taxes and expedition, but not postage. The postage rate is added, when the customer enters the payment part of the internet shop.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Elektron and JCB. Orders by bank transfer are accepted. Dispatch is within 7 days for credit card payments and 15 days for bank transfer.

Returning

Return of product is only accepted, if the seal has not been broken. Expenses related to return freight are to be paid by the customer. By return please indicate the cause of return and – in case of payment by money transfer - an account number to which the product price can be transferred. If possible, indicate the order no. The product can be returned only until 14 days after the date of delivery.

Complaints

Complaints must be communicated within six months from date of delivery, via email to info@ladybalance.dk or via mail to the company address. A complaint cause must be indicated and as a rule, the product must be returned. In the case of an accepted customer complaint, LadyBalance ApS compensate expenses related to purchase and return.
