All prices shown on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
LadyBalance ApS accepts online payments by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, ViaBill, bank transfer and QuickPay. We do not add any transaction fees to your purchase.
Your card will only be charged when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order confirmation.

Shipping & Returns
When you shop with us, we at LadyBalance ApS do our best to ensure a safe and efficient order process. Below you can read how we confirm and dispatch your order, how delivery works, and your rights regarding withdrawal and complaints.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide, but in some countries sales and delivery are handled by local distributors. The terms described here apply only to sales and delivery within Denmark.
Typical delivery time for your order is 2–5 business days.
In special cases of extended delivery time, we will notify you by email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark—except the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Shipping is selected in the shopping cart, where the shipping price is displayed.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of return for items purchased on our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You cover any return shipping costs and choose the carrier yourself.
You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after purchase, and the order must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Notifications must be sent by email to kundeservice@ladybalance.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If a complaint relates to a health issue, please contact us immediately at kundeservice@ladybalance.dk.

Warranty
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, products are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Complaints must be notified to LadyBalance ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. One month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

Secure Payment
Payments are processed via NETS Denmark, a secure payment method. Danish law ensures that your payment will be refunded if the product is not delivered.
Refunds are made by reversing the card transaction. Bank transfer is also possible. For refunds by bank transfer, the customer must provide bank account details.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase a product and voluntarily provide information, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially.
Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our data, including our shipping handling, which is not developed by LadyBalance. We have data processing agreements with our partners to ensure compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
